As an independent corporate finance boutique brings together its three principals Gavan Sellers, David Blake and Nicholas Hill who, between them, lead all the assignments undertaken by the organisation from beginning to end, with contributions where appropriate from consultants Ron Pearce and Paul Winson. Gavan Sellers established the consultancy in 1991 (as Gavan Sellers Associates), with the aim of applying the knowledge of very experienced individuals, to transactions involving medium and smaller companies, private or corporate, whether it be in mergers, disposals, acquisitions or raising finance. With each principal having held board level positions and contributing over 35 years of experience, we bring a common resource of broad business and financial expertise to bear on any challenge faced by our clients when undertaking a transaction. Between us we can put together a wide range of additional resources from our contacts, both in M&A and other services, in the UK and around the world.
